Returns procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 21 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
If you find upon delivery that your product is damaged in any way you must notify us immediately. We will require the product to be returned to us before any refund can be made.
Returns can be made through either of these options:
- Returns via Royal Mail
Complete the Returns form including your order number, the product name, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
Package and return the product, along with the completed Returns form, to us using the Royal Mail service.
A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
- Returns via the shop
Simply bring the product along with proof of your original order to the shop and we will refund or replace the product as appropriate.
